Recipient of 4 International Awards, the Ermitage on the Beach is a conversion of 8,400m2 of an ex-seaside hotel iin Yermasoyia, LImassol, into 65 designer beach apartments. This building concept has since been adopted by the development industry in Limassol widely. Being the first such project of its type, this project has been a commercial success and has clearly set the standard of design and construction quality to beat and attracted the top paying customers of today. The Ermitage was the first conversion of a hotel into apartment units.
