Recipient of two international awards Forest Beach Estate is a beachfront community designed to produce an intimate and safe for children, peaceful environment. The Forest Beach Estate was the island’s top residential project for year 1997. It won the Gold Award for best Cypriot residential project.

The roads, pushed to the perimeter, created a pedestrian car-free zone inside, landscaped to strike a good balance between the maximum of living space, character and privacy and the minimum of maintenance. The houses have been given individual architectural and landscaping attention and the end result is visually pleasing. Adjoining a forest and the sea, Forest Beach Estate restricts car traffic to the perimeter, creating an inner, landscaped, private core leading directly to the sandy beach.

This project was designed by moving part of our architectural office on site for most of the duration of the project.
