We have been commissioned to design a live-work multi-storey structure in the Old Town of Nicosia that will house on the ground floor a black box theatre / gallery space, and that will retain the artist studio and the living accommodation on the 2 floors above. On the roof, a new floor shall be made creating spaces for family time, for a work cocktail, or an intimate dinner. All floors will benefit from sunlight and ventilation coming though the 2m*8m skylight, into which all floors will now open to.
